Brand Stunts
When a brand needs to make a big splash, whether in a local community or on the national stage, it takes a unique approach to break through and build buzz. Below are two case studies from Candice’s work leading integrated marketing and communications campaigns on behalf of clients at Padilla.
Grand Design RV
When launching the new Lineage Class-C motorhome, Grand Design RV (a Winnebago Industries brand) needed an outside-the-box way of finding new potential customers. An multi-channel campaign utilizing a national sweepstakes, influencer content and an RV takeover of Bryant Park in New York City grabbed headlines and drove thousands of potential customers to learn more about the new RV model.
Building Community for LEGO
After the LEGO Group began construction of their only US-based factory, the global toy brand needed to demonstrate its community to the central Virginia community. Bringing the brand’s focus on “learning through play” to life through community-based events and partnerships with respected area nonprofit organizations has generated millions of impressions within the target central Virginia market, landing on the front page of the Richmond Times-Dispatch 5 times in under 2 years.
